Here at Britvic, we are on a journey to become the most dynamic soft drinks company.

As a leading FMCG with over 4,500 employees globally we have already built a portfolio of over 30 recognised and much-loved brands including Robinsons, Purdeys and Tango as well as bottling for PepsiCo here in the UK.

Our mission is simple to create a better tomorrow for our people and our planet. Through our strong values of ‘act with pace’, ‘own it’, ‘be courageous, ’we care’ and ‘stronger together’ we encourage all of our people to take risks in pursuit of our shared ambition and their personal goals and think outside of the bottle every day throughout everything we do.

We are now accepting applications for our 2-year Commercial Graduate Programme beginning in November.

Our programme has been designed to offer exposure throughout the 2-year programme to a breadth and level of understanding across marketing, category and shopper. We can guarantee that every day will be different and exciting - working across the sales function with our biggest customers in what we call ‘in home’ – restaurants/petrol stations/pubs and clubs and ‘out of home’ with some of the UK’s biggest retailers and grocery stores.

You will manage relationships on a day-to-day basis and whilst this is an entry level programme, its been designed to offer you great exposure in every area of the sales function - whilst being supported and encouraged to learn.

You day to day will focus on supporting our sales team - this might be on account management and reporting, financial modelling or even creating content and brand activations for new and exciting product launches!

Our Programme is designed to immerse you in all elements of commercial account management, working cross functionally and giving you the opportunity to develop and perfect your learning and skillset over time.

Whilst it would be amazing if you had some experience of a fast-paced consumer goods company above all you will need to have a passion and hunger to achieve, able to demonstrate that you have amazing interpersonal skills and be a team player with a desire to learn, whilst also being comfortable dealing with numbers.

You will directly report into the Customer Development Managers - building and managing their business plans internally and externally. Therefore strong commercial awareness and an eye for detail is key.

Whether you’re recently graduated or are already working in FMCG sales we’re looking for people who are well organized and will thrive within a team environment.

Ideally you will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability
  • A desire to succeed and ultimately win!

In return we can offer you a competitive salary, the opportunity to work as part of a fully supportive team and a flexible working environment that is designed to ensure that you are happy and healthy and meeting the best of your abilities.

Following a telephone interview, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre day where you will be required to present and will also have the opportunity to meet some of the individuals already doing the role and ask any questions you may have.

At this time we do ask that all applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide sponsorship for these roles.

We believe we are stronger together and that’s why we’re committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees. We know that by building a truly inclusive environment where everyone feels celebrated, safe and respected - diversity and wellbeing will naturally thrive.
