We’re looking for an exceptional junior writer to support our in-house copywriting team with research, drafting, and editing across a portfolio of clients. The role has a strong focus on short-form B2B-focused content for social media.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a recent graduate from a humanities/ journalism academic background, and/or has a minimum of 1-2+ year(s) of experience in copywriting for social media (B2B focus-desirable)
  • You will understand and/or have a keen interest in the use of digital platforms to drive communications outcomes for corporate clients.
  • Ability to write short-form content such as social media posts and an interest in developing medium-form content such as blogs and op-eds on technical subject matter across industries including manufacturing, finance, and logistics.
  • Can ensure consistency and delivery against deadlines—including comprehensive style guides—working across highly regulated industries.
  • Has an ability to synthesize complex information into multiple pieces of content across platforms to drive thought leadership campaigns.
  • Would thrive in a fast-paced agency with multiple simultaneous project deadlines.
  • Demonstrates good judgment and the ability to make decisions at pace.
  • Is excellent at working closely with colleagues and teams, supporting their delivery to ensure they perform at their best.
  • Is meticulously organized, with an extremely high level of attention to detail, and who knows how to bring out the same in others.

Here’s what you would be doing:

  • Supporting our in-house copywriting team with research, drafting, and editing across a portfolio of clients with a strong focus on short-form B2B content for social media (primarily LinkedIn). You will be writing and editing content for clients at a standard that could be delivered to the Director of Communications of a FTSE 100 company.
  • Editing and proofreading short- and medium-form content to ensure that delivery for our clients remains at an exceptionally high standard.
  • You will be drafting content in both British English and American English, so an attention to detail is critical.

English language fluency and strong writing skills—and a desire to focus solely on copywriting, proofing, and editing—are essential.

You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.


The successful candidate will be paid between £27,000 and £32,000 per annum depending on experience. Employees also benefit from a performance-based bonus, a commission for new business, and an incentive structure based on the growth of the company.
