You’ll go straight into a hands-on role. The two year programme has been carefully designed to give applicants an excellent understanding of the business, with rotations across a number of departments at the Society. You will have placements in a range of areas including; Change Assurance, Business Analysis, Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and Project Management.
You’ll quickly become an invaluable asset with this platform to expand your technical skills and knowledge, understanding how to manage and drive change, continuous and quality improvement across the society. You’ll challenge the status quo and implementing key changes to ensure Coventry Building Society’s success.
You’ll also complete placements in areas that deal directly with our members to help you understand the importance we place on Members First. In addition to the business knowledge you gain, we’ll support you in developing other skills such as stakeholder engagement, presentation delivery, and communication.
