We work very closely with our business areas in identifying any skill shortages or upcoming recruitment needs. It’s our job to nail down what the hiring manager is looking for and attract candidates to our company, and assess whether they have what it takes to succeed in the role.
You’ll be working on multiple roles at multiple speeds in a variety of areas across Coventry Building Society. You’ll develop an understanding of what it takes to succeed and what skill sets are needed in areas from; HR, Finance, Business Change, IT to our customer facing roles.
You’ll go straight into a hands on role working in a busy, fast paced environment, making the ability to prioritise your workload key. You’ll be liaising with a range of business stakeholders on a day to day basis in this role.
You’ll be highly organised, allowing you to plan the recruitment process effectively from start to finish, providing the best possible candidate experience. We’ll support you in learning how to attract, identify and assess those with the highest potential to drive the growth of Coventry Building Society.
