Our Spring Insight Programs will give you an in-depth view of how the investment banking industry works.
You will join us in our London office, where you will choose one of our two programs, within the following business areas:
Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) and Global Markets (GM)
GM offers Research, Sales, Trading and Structuring across a range of products. GM is involved in a range of activities; from brokerage, risk management, hedging products and market making of equities and equity-related securities, to sales and trading of instruments spanning the credit spectrum. Our Research department is an environment where investigative reporting meets sophisticated economic and financial analysis to help our clients meet their investment goals.
IBCM offers securities products and financial advisory services to corporations, governments and institutional investors. Operating across the globe, Credit Suisse’s investment banking business specialises in innovative solutions, drawing on expertise from across the full spectrum of products.
Credit Suisse requires first-class technology to operate efficiently and competitively, and relies on thousands of the best technology people to carry it forward. Always looking towards the future, the Technology division is focused on 6 themes: Data Science & Analytics, Cyber Security, Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, Innovation & Automation, Cloud, FinTech.
While you’ll focus primarily within areas you select, you’ll also get exposure to other businesses. You will take part in skills sessions, CV workshops and business information sessions, as well as social and networking events.
You’ll need to be studying for a Bachelors, Masters (or equivalent) in any discipline, and be a first-year student of a three-year degree course, or second-year student of a four-year course, graduating in 2022.
