Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, our operation has a global reach and extends to about 50 countries worldwide across mature and emerging markets with more than 45,000 employees from over 150 different nations.
We partner across countries, divisions and regions to deliver holistic financial solutions to our clients, including innovative products and specially tailored advice, aligned to our high ethical standards. We strive for quality and excellence in our work and professional relationships, recognizing and rewarding extraordinary performance among our employees and providing opportunities for internal mobility, dedicated training and leadership.
As a global and inclusive community, we benefit from a diverse range of perspectives to create value and drive results for our clients, shareholders and communities. Our values are brought to life through the entrepreneurial spirit of all within our network. We are Credit Suisse.
Our Internship Program runs for 10 weeks, from June to August and is open to penultimate year students graduating in 2021 who are passionate about gaining an insight into one of our core departments at Credit Suisse. These include Investment Banking (including Investment Banking & Capital Markets and Global Markets), International Wealth Management and Technology (IT).
Our internship is designed to offer real insight into our business, and is one of the most in-depth internships within the financial services industry. From day one you’ll be part of the team. You’ll face real challenges, have real client exposure, enjoy real achievements and have your talents recognized every step of the way. We will help guide you through your summer experience, and each intern is assigned a mentor and a buddy, so you’ll have all the support you need.
Because we want to bring the very best people into our organization—people who understand our business inside and out—we’ve designed our internships to act as a pipeline into our future full-time classes of new hires. This means that if you show real potential and demonstrate exceptional performance during your time with us, you may be offered a full-time position for the following year.
You’ll need to be in your penultimate year of study for a Bachelors, Masters or PhD qualification (or equivalent) in any discipline, and be available for the full 10 weeks and be able to start full-time employment in July 2021.
While our employees have a wide range of experiences and interests, they share an intellectual curiosity, a desire to achieve and a pattern of excellence and achievement. Whatever your background, you’ll need to be:
