Type of opportunity:
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Supporting the identification, resolution and implementation of fixes on key product issues with Automotive OEM’s.
Initial data capture and Warranty claim information processing.
Site visitation and field investigation for potential product issues.
Supporting OEM account teams in finding resolutions to Customer issues
Component failure assessment and processing.
Identification of Key Customer issues through data analysis.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Currently working towards a degree in STEM Subject.
Structured, analytical approach to problem solving
Flexible approach to work, able to work as part of a team and autonomously
