We are looking for an enthusiastic Program and Project Analyst to join our team specializing in Service Support for the Global DBU, located in Ramsgate. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Assist with running the Global Net Promoter System for Cummins

• Refresh and redesign the NPS program materials and websites

• Work with the Global network of Champions to problem solve system issues and coach them in methodology

• Support the continual evolution of CMI NPS and support the Global NPS Leader on DBU Service Initiatives

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Working towards a degree in Business or related area

• Ability to solve problems and to work as a part of a team

• Computer literate. Excellent skills of Excel, Word & Power Point.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
