We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Change Coordinator to join our team specializing in Project Management for our Power Systems Business in Daventry, Northamptonshire. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manages & coordinates implementation of the product change working with other key functions at the manufacturing plant
Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.
Communicates regular project implementation status to stakeholders
Uses the corporate tool “Clarity” to process the product changes
Provides product change process & tool guidance to the local user community
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Schedule Management - Manages the project schedule using the recommended project management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Communicates effectively - Deliver a clear understanding of the current project status with new or current forums.
Project Issue and Risk Management – Identify potential issues/risks to project delivery (schedule).
