Required skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Keen to develop well rounded engineering skills across a wide range of systems and tools.
  • High standard of ethics and personal accountability.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision.
  • Education and experience in an Electronics or related discipline
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Open minded and inquisitive nature

Skilled or interested in any of the following:

  • Testing within our key competencies of Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Intelligence Analytics or Software & Systems Development.
  • Testing systems developed utilising a number of the following technologies: RF, Networking, Telecoms, Internet and IP related technologies, Embedded systems and programming, Cloud technologies.
  • Developing test support tools or automated scripts using modern languages or scripting.
  • Working in a test capacity in the areas of Cyber Detection, Forensics, COTS Integration and Agile Systems Development
  • Liaising with clients and development team members to elaborate testing scope and needs.

Business Environment

The Cyber Works Centre (CWC) is based in Gloucester and is the focal point for Cyber related business and research for Lockheed Martin in the UK.

We have a range of exciting opportunities for anyone interested in starting or developing their career in the Cyber arena who also has an interest in Systems Integration and Test.
