Your opportunity

Human Capital & Actuarial

Our global practice is renowned as the world’s leading HR and people transformation business. With our clients facing unprecedented technology and demographic disruption, we’re now building on that reputation to help leaders design and deliver the future of work.

By combining our research and analytics capabilities with our industry expertise we’re developing innovative change programmes that equip businesses to thrive in a digital world. Our market offerings span the full breadth of Human Capital needs, from Leadership Development to HR transformation, as well as specialist Change Management and transformation programme leadership.

Because the future of work is a boardroom issue, not just a focus for HR, you’ll work with business leaders. You’ll help them rethink their business and people strategies, to take advantage of the rapidly evolving world of work, while ensuring a positive impact on their employees and society.

HR Transformation

Want to transform the way HR enables a business and its workforce? From developing HR strategies to making HR digital, you’ll help clients synchronise their human resources priorities with supporting technologies. You’ll help to drive overall business strategy, shape employee experience, and harness the Future of Work.

Organisation Transformation

Business is being disrupted. New business models, exponential technologies, agile working, and regulation are all changing the way businesses interact with their customers, engage their people and organise work. Our clients are embarking on increasingly complex transformation journeys. They are making major investments and expecting greater insight and impact. Working at the heart of your industry’s major transformation programmes, you’ll help CEOs and Leadership Teams reimagine their Future Organisation. You’ll help them realise strategic ambitions, by shaping and delivering a transformation journey that will drive sustainable, ‘sticky’, change.

Actuarial Reward and Analytics (ARA)

Whether your experience lies in the insurance and banking sector, or you’re a pensions expert, you’ll thrive in one of specialist Actuarial teams.

Insurance and Banking – Want to create insurance businesses of the future? You’ll work on some of the most high-profile, complex transactions and restructurings, as well as accounting for these liabilities on our clients’ corporate disclosures.

Workforce Transformation

Modern workforces are no longer a static hierarchy of employees; they are everyone who helps create, transform and operate an enterprise. From employees to self-employed gig-workers to third-party partners, workforces are more diverse, flatter, and ever changing. You will help clients understand where they are today and where opportunities will exist in the future. Your analytical rigour and insight will help them transform how they attract, lead, manage, educate and reward their people, and to win the ‘war for talent’. You’ll help create working environments that nurture potential and foster long term well-being, resilience and loyalty.
