DS Smith is looking for outstanding and dynamic graduates to join our Packaging programme starting in September 2020.

The Programme

To help us continue to expand the successful business DS Smith is today, we invest a significant amount of time, effort and attention in our graduates.

During the programme you will be involved in a dynamic working environment, with plenty of opportunities to apply your knowledge and experience to make a real and valued contribution to the organisation as you grow and develop.  Over the length of the programme you will rotate through a variety of placements across the UK, which may include business operations, supply chain & logistics, design, sales and/or marketing. Each rotation will be defined based on your education and experience gained before joining and while on the programme, balanced with business requirements.

Key Requirements

To be eligible for the programme you will need:

  • A 2.1 degree (minimum)
  • Fluent in English. (A second European language is highly desirable.)
  • Unrestricted rights to work in the UK and EU
