The experience is shaped around three pillars:
1. Inspire – have the opportunity to connect with inspiring females across our business. That includes our female Technology Leaders, females currently on our graduate programme, and members of our internal Accent on Gender network. Learn about their personal journeys, experiences, and why they choose Accenture. You’ll also get a sneak peak into the workings of our Innovation Hub – and get insight into how being aware of orthodoxies can help drive technology innovation for our clients!
2. Inform – learn more about our business, the amazing technology we work with, our culture, the programme you are applying for, and what life is really like at Accenture. You’ll get the opportunity to ask all the questions you might have – whatever they might be!
3. Educate – hear from our Senior Recruiters about our assessment process, why we adopt Strengths-Based Interviewing (SBI), and how you can prepare for this style of questions.
The core of this learning experience will be a one-day virtual connect on the 22nd February 2022.

If you are interested in applying for this role and joining the Empowering Female Futures learning experience, then please click on ‘ apply ’ on this page, and complete an online application.
If you successfully complete the Online Assessment stage, we will then enrol you on the Empowering Female Futures learning experience. After attending the Empowering Female Futures virtual connect, you will be invited to an assessment centre. Please note, it is imperative to actively participate in the learning experience to be considered for the role. Please ensure you are able to attend the virtual connect on 22nd February 2022 before applying.
The next available start date for candidates who are successful at assessment centres is September 2022.
Places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The closing date for applications is 15/02/2022 . We receive an extremely high volume of applications for all programmes and it is sometimes necessary to close applications earlier than anticipated. We would recommend early application to avoid disappointment.
