Event Coordinator

Great Grottos are the people behind the scenes at every large-scale UK Christmas Grotto.

We interview, hire and support Santa & his Elves. And we are putting together our new events & recruitment team... Experience is not needed.

What We Do:
Great Grottos operate Christmas Grottos in major Shopping Centres and Garden Centres. We are the industry leaders, employing 100's of amazing Santas and Elves to handout our presents to children across the UK.

We have Event Coordinators positions available and experience is not needed!

• Location | Dorking head office in Surrey
• Period | Aug to 24th Dec
• Experience | Not necessary
• Interviews | Throughout July & Aug

Job Role:

• Helping Elf and Santa applicants book their interviews.
• Reviewing interview feedback. Selecting staff.
• Registering new applicants
• Booking in candidates for Interview
• Allocating shifts to staff.
• Checking daily staff attendance.
• Arranging staff cover.
• Acting as a first line of contact for queries from Grotto applicants, staff and customers

Training:
Our excellent training programme is step-by-step and changes as the role develops each month.

No previous specific experience is necessary as full training is provided.

Hours:
Up to Oct: 5 days a week, 9.30am – 5.00pm, Mon to Fri
From Nov: 6 days a week, 8.30am – 6.00pm
