What is Consulting at EY?

The working world is constantly changing. For our clients, this can create better ways of doing things but it might also involve more risks. Our job is to combine industry knowledge and innovative thinking with a knack for asking thoughtful questions to help solve our clients’ toughest business problems. Our solutions involve everything from new technologies and end-to-end transformations to safety systems and HR plans. This is how we create long-term value – and long-lasting careers.

Before long, you’ll be doing similar work to our graduates, which could include:

- Using your tech knowledge and business experience to recommend the best solutions for our clients

- UKI Solution Delivery – supporting clients through large scale transformation programmes and system implementations
- Researching industry trends, learning about challenges and looking for client solutions
If everything works out well, you could even secure a job here after you graduate. Together, we’ll define and activate that purpose, creating sustainable and long-term value as a connected business. This is your time to grow.
