The Associate Programme
Associates participate as valued members of case teams helping clients address their most pressing strategic challenges. As team members, they receive significant responsibility for identifying information sources, assembling data, performing analysis, structuring arguments, and developing presentations.
The first three weeks are devoted to training which provides a great opportunity to meet with colleagues from across the firm and develop the initial skill set required to be effective as an Associate. This is supplemented by an on-going training programme which is run out of the London office across the year, as well as mentoring to provide continued support and guidance. Once the initial on-boarding training is complete, the real work starts. EY-Parthenon Strategy has a case-team approach with a flexible structure; Associates are expected to take on responsibility for individual pieces of work as soon as they feel comfortable. As an Associate, you will acquire valuable analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills that will not only make you effective at EY-Parthenon Strategy, but will also equip you with expertise applicable to any career you choose to pursue.

If your initial application is successful you will be contacted by email and asked to take an online numerical and critical reasoning assessment as the first stage of the process. Candidates who have been shortlisted to take this assessment will receive an email notification by the 2nd November 2020 and will have a 5-day window to complete the assessment.
