The Summer Internship Programme
The 8-week Summer Associate internship is an excellent opportunity to experience what it is like to work as a consultant and the unique opportunities that EY-Parthenon Strategy offers. By the end of the internship you will have a real understanding if this is the right choice for you, with many internships resulting in a full-time offer. The programme begins with a week of intense training to equip you with the consulting toolkit you will use throughout the summer. You will then begin working with teams on client projects, performing the same role as a graduate associate. This will involve research, data analysis, building and using spreadsheet models, preparing client presentations and attending team and client meetings.
A Summer Associate can expect to work on a number of cases across a range of industries, dealing with areas such as commercial due diligence, growth and market entry, profit and operational improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire real-life business experience, whilst acquiring valuable analytic, interpersonal and leadership skills.
EY-Parthenon values their Summer Associates very highly and supports this with comprehensive ongoing training and mentoring to give everyone the best chance to enjoy starting their career with us.
The programme will start on the 5th July 2021 run for 8 weeks. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any off-cycle internships at this time

We recruit candidates from any degree discipline with a minimum 2:1. Successful candidates are intellectually curious, passionate about solving complex problems, hardworking, have an enthusiastic and approachable demeanour with an entrepreneurial mind-set. We want people who are great communicators, who collaborate well with people and teams, and who have a real desire to both learn and coach others.
How to apply
Apply online by sending your CV and covering letter via the London office application portal found on the EY-Parthenon Careers web page. Applications close on 7th January 2021. The contact for covering letters is Gemma Bryant
If you make a mistake during your application or want to re-submit an updated application, please start the application process again and resubmit all details along with your cover letter and CV. We will always review the most recent version of your application and disregard any incomplete or older submissions.
If your initial application is successful you will be contacted by email and asked to take an online numerical and critical reasoning assessment as the first stage of the process. Candidates who have been shortlisted to take this assessment will receive an email notification by the 8th January 2021 and will have a 7-day window to complete the assessment.
Due to the high number of applications, we will respond to only those applicants who are invited to take the online assessment.
We are recruiting for the London office specifically, so If you are interested in another office and not the London office please apply directly to that office. See the EY-Parthenon website for details on our locations and how to apply.
We unfortunately do not provide visas for our Summer internship programmes. Summer interns will need to have right to work in the UK or be studying in the UK at the time of the internship. There are third party providers which can support visa applications for the internship, however this would be at the cost of the individual and not reimbursed by EY-Parthenon.
