Form strong relationships whilst using your bold thinking to tackle diverse projects.
What if we could all change the world? What if we used our thinking power to outpace technology? What if diversity was a way of life? At EY, no question is too small, too ambitious or too imaginative. We use our curiosity to ask better questions, that inspire better answers. That’s how we build a better working world.
As a summer intern with us, you’ll see our international impact first-hand. Work on our latest client projects with your team. Gain new skills that will shape the rest of your career. And explore your interests alongside leaders who will support you at every step. As a firm, we’re constantly learning. Join us on our journey of discovery. Here, your career is truly yours to build. Experience our world. Your way.
What will you be doing?
We offer Summer Internships in Actuarial, Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions or Tax. Whichever one you join, you’ll be working on real client projects and doing similar work to our graduates. That could include:
- Learning about our clients and the challenges they face
- Developing career networks and relationship building skills
- Contributing ideas and collecting data to help solve complex business problems
You could also have opportunities to take part in web-based training, shadow senior colleagues and even visit clients’ offices – when it’s safe to do so. If this sounds like the route for you, bring your curious, adaptable and collaborative nature to one of our programmes and develop experiences that are truly yours to own.
If you’re in your penultimate year at university, or if you’re already in your final year but will be doing a one-year Master’s degree, or taking a gap year, this internship is for you.
We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an Honours degree in any subject – some programmes will require a subject relevant to the business area – have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels or five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.
Immerse yourself in our world whilst exploring your options at the forefront of business. Get to know the part you could play in our organisation. And discover what it means to experience EY your way.
