As an FDM Software Developer, you could be working with some of the world’s most reputable organisations including Shell, HSBC and Virgin Media, to name a few.

Software Developers play a key role in the delivery lifecycle on the creation, extension and maintenance of software solutions. You will collaborate with numerous stakeholders throughout the business to find solutions to problems.

When you join FDM, you’ll firstly be trained at the FDM Leeds academy, situated in the heart of the city centre. Once you have completed training, you will be working with one of our world-renowned clients for a minimum of two years. After the two years, you can remain with FDM, carry on working with the client as a member of their permanent team or seek opportunities elsewhere with your relevant experience and contacts.
