The Opportunity

At present there is a significant amount of administrative workload, particularly within Ops & Real Estate teams. The amount of time this is taking away from the value add work the team can perform is cause of much frustration. We are looking for a highly motivated and agile Finance Administrator to be responsible for providing support to the Operations and Real Estate Finance teams. This will include matters relating to the accuracy and completeness of restaurant openings, transactions between McDonalds and their Franchisees, communication on rent changes and financial planning and reporting tools. Furthermore, to show curiosity and a learning orientation that develops their technical skills and brings process improvement to fruition in an efficient and effective manner.
