Our soigneur position has in the past been completed by a guardian angel - it’s what you need to be! You will be on hand to not only work with our athletes but also closely with our staff and coaches plus external companies that care for our athletes.

Are you a focused, understanding, multi-tasked, qualified, creative thinking individual?

You will have to deal with everything, not just sports massage and injury management. You need to be eager to learn new skills, dependable, adaptable, resilient and resourceful. 

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our athletes away from the race track
• Attend appointments with our athletes to understand and prior injuries and how to manage them.
• Connect with other team physios and coach to fully prepare for the weeks ahead
• Food shopping and cooking to a good standard during race week
• Keeping the pit area at races looking sharp - particularly athlete area.
• Chauffeur riders from airports to venues
• Chaperone riders for anti-doping
• Mobility work with athletes during race week, plus manage supplement and dietary intake

Required skills
