Intentionally designed to help you shape the fast-moving world of retail, it’s a masterclass in technical training, structured mentorship, and 360-feedback. Spanning 18-24 months, you’ll rotate around our business up to four times – each time earning, learning and experiencing it all. While zoning in on the fascinating world of food marketing.

M&S is known for its incredible food and legendary marketing. This is your chance to experience both. You’ll join a team that’s engaged in the latest forms of everything from digital marketing to creative advertising. You’ll learn how to lead campaigns and acquire a broader skillset by rotating across five different placements. You just need to decide where you fit in best and choose between one of two streams.

On the one hand, you could pursue the more analytical route of customer insights, social media metrics, and customer relationships and loyalty. While on the other, you could demonstrate your creative side by promoting events, delivering TV, radio and press advertising, and managing PR and influencer campaigns. But, whatever you choose to specialise in, you will have the opportunity to experience all these areas and more – while developing an intimate knowledge of our world-famous brands.
