We have a fantastic opportunity for someone organised and detail-orientated to join our Commercial Operations team in Manchester city centre! These roles are important as you'll be helping to manage day-to-day reporting, data and business process requirements asked of the Sales Operations team as well as become involved in wider value enhancement programmes to improve the deliverable service to the Commercial team.

What will you be doing?

As a Commercial Operations Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve the following:

  • Managing the Commercial Operations ticket requests that are allocated to you and driving completion of these.
  • Fully documenting and analysing requirements that come through to you and driving the completion of these through to delivery by the appropriate teams.
  • Ensuring day to day reports and distributed to the relevant participants, where these are not automated.
  • Supporting the wider IRIS team with requests for information or ad hoc analysis
  • Working with teams such as Finance, Operations and others to support with Sales information where appropriate.
  • Any other tasks as required by the Commercial Operations Team Leader or Commercial leadership team.
  • Managing of sales orders through to handover to the SOP team, including development of the Sales tracker and supporting the correct use of the CRM’s.
  • Developing Reports and Dashboards in our CRM’s, principally SalesForce and scoping Sales use and requirements of the systems
  • Day to day management of data flowing into the Xactly Compensation Management system, including uploads, quota changes and adding/editing/deleting records as a result of staff changes.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone with the following skills, competencies and experience:

  • Advanced skills in desktop packages, particularly Excel (i.e. VLookUps & Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of preparing reports.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Well-organised
  • Positive, “can do” attitude.
  • Experience of working in a Sales or Marketing Operations environment (desired).
  • Knowledge of month end processes and sales reporting (desired).
  • Knowledge of working with systems such as SalesForce (desired).
  • Experience of working with either the Xactly Incent platform or Pivotal CRM (desired).
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau (desired).
  • Knowledge of managing SharePoint applications (desired).
