Training

Our training and development programme is highly regarded as one of the best in the property industry, and is geared towards enabling our graduates to reach their full potential. As a graduate, you'll also have regular opportunities to attend technical, business skills and personal development activities - including conferences, courses, lectures, networking, mock assessments, revision sessions and social events - which compliment both your practical experience and meet the theoretical requirements of your APC.

We were awarded the Times Graduate Employer of choice for Property for the 15th year consecutively, which highlights our excellent training programme, which is bespoke for each pathway. You will have an APC supervisor and counsellor who support and guide you throughout the two year training programme.
