Cala Management Ltd are looking to recruit a Graduate Category Manager to join their Procurement team. Reporting to the Head of Group Procurement you will manage group procurement categories in deal renewals and new deal opportunities.
You will provide support for the Head of Group Procurement in review, analysis, negotiation and maintenance of national supplier agreements, management of data relating to group procurement, management of day to day issues and updating group procurement information.
Our Graduate Development Programme is a two-year learning programme with an aim to develop well-rounded specialist graduates in a chosen business area. Forming a key part of the Procurement team, we are seeking a candidate who has a willingness to progress and has an adaptable approach allowing flexibility in relation to the tasks that they are required to undertake.
You must have experience working in a similar role with commercial experience in house building. RICS qualifications and / or a degree in Quantity Surveying or Procurement related studies would be beneficial. You must have a high proficiency with various computer packages including Microsoft Office products as well as experience using ‘Site stream’ or other similar cost control software. You should be familiar with current standards and Building regulations and have excellent planning and organisational skills.
