We are looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our progressive, award-winning Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team in London as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme. You will help deliver sustainable projects that benefit our communities, planet, and society.

As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort in a creative, interdisciplinary environment. You will benefit from strong support from office and technical colleagues, plus guidance from senior staff within our open and collaborative culture.

Your Role
- Work on live projects from the start across a variety of sectors, including healthcare and education.
- Undertake electrical services design and calculations using modern computer modelling tools.
- Develop scheme design concepts in collaboration with supervisors and the wider team.
- Use Revit and 3D BIM modelling software to support design production and coordination with other disciplines.
- Produce detailed designs and drawings to a high professional standard.
- Contribute to, or develop, energy and sustainability strategies for projects.
- Participate in design team and client meetings, presenting ideas and progress clearly.
- Undertake site visits and surveys to inform design development and delivery.
- Research and implement new technologies and best practices.
- Engage in continuous CPD and learning opportunities.
- Design and create electrical circuits, wiring, and lighting solutions.
Tools and Technologies
- Dialux, Relux, and Electrical OM (for electrical calculations and lighting design).
- Revit and 3D BIM software (for design modelling and coordination).
About You
We value your potential over past experience. You will bring a degree and/or master’s qualification in a relevant Electrical Engineering subject and a genuine enthusiasm for our industry.

Eligibility and Working Arrangements
- Applicants must have an unconditional right to live and work in the UK for an indefinite period without limitation.
- Graduates are asked to attend the office a minimum of four days per week to ensure appropriate support and development.
