Your Role
We are looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to be based in Bristol, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme. You'll have the chance to make a positive impact on the environment through sustainable engineering solutions, working on a variety of exciting water and wastewater projects (storm overflows, flood alleviation, catchment and nature-based solutions). Alongside the MEICA team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake technical audits and risk evaluations.
- Develop electrical and ICA designs.
- Liaise with other technical disciplines at feasibility, outline, and detailed design stages.
- Produce timely and cost-effective solutions.
About You
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Keen interest in the water industry.

Work Arrangements
Graduates are asked to come into the office 4 days per week to ensure sufficient time with the team and the appropriate level of support.
