We’re currently searching for an Early Years/Graduate Recruiter to join our in-house Recruitment team at IRIS. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the creation and delivery of the IRIS Early Years Programme from end to end – a fully integrated onboarding programme for graduates, apprentices and placement hires.
What will you be doing?
• Create and implement a full programme for Early Years recruitment
• Liaise with all departments to ensure consistency of approach
• Work closely with HR and the wider Recruitment team to create a full programme policy and timeline
• Implement training and development strategies for graduates and placements
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure ample support is provided for the duration of the programme
