This sales support role within our Personal Health (consumer) business is a fantastic entry level role which may suit a recent graduate. The Sales Support Executive is a critical role that supports the sales team in servicing our commercial customers. This individual sits within the Mass Market channel dealing with four strategic customers, and is responsible for analytical work within the team, internal reports tracking customer activity, managing customer requests including product set-up, online imagery & NPD (new product development), along with general administration tasks that support the wider Sales team. The role is a springboard into Philips as you will work cross functionally with other departments and teams as well as have frequent exposure to senior business leaders.

You are responsible for

  • Create, maintain and provide analysis into a variety of weekly and daily sales reports, tracking sales, pricing, stock & revenue for each customer within the Mass channel (Working with Top 4 Grocers).

  • Reconciliation reports checking and maintaining the integrity of internal data systems.

  • Completing retailer nomination forms for product promotions, new product lines etc.

  • Maintain accurate financial records to support Sales, Pricing & Finance teams – raising & updating Customer Commitment Reference forms (CCRs), attending Trade Spend Reviews, tracking Stock Revaluations in line with commercial policy changes, processing of claims, disputes & invoices from customers.

  • Hitting Month-End/Quarter End KPI’s relating to claims and disputes.

  • Supporting Trade Shopper Marketing Manager with New Product Development ( NPD) & online product imagery.

  • Any other ad hock reporting & analysis to support business decisions and account plans.

  • Support & contribute in LEAN workshops and effectively seek to continuously improve areas of the business.

You are a part of

The Sales Support Executive reports to the Senior National Account Manager and you will be part of a Mass Market Sales team consisting of Account Managers and a Trade Shopper Marketing Specialist. You will also work closely with the Customer Demand Planning team and the wider Consumer Health Sales team.

As a collaborative team, we aim to spend more time together than apart and look forward to you joining us in our new vibrant and exciting offices in Farnborough, Hampshire , working in an agile working environment.

Recruitment Process
