The Grosvenor Britain and Ireland Graduate Programme
As a Chartered Surveyor at Grosvenor Britain and Ireland you will play a key role in creating and managing high quality neighbourhoods, which create lasting positive environmental and social impact.
In London’s West End, we support 9,000 residents, c1,000 businesses and 50,000 workers every day. We also create and manage sustainable neighbourhoods in London, Liverpool and across the Southeast of England.
We are one part of a global, family-owned business that has been developing and managing land and property for over 340 years. Thinking long term allows us to give equal weight to the environmental, social and commercial impact of everything that we do.
As a business we are committed to creating a sustainable future for our business and the communities in which we work. We recognise that we must urgently transform how we make and manage places and that partnerships with tenants, suppliers and the wider industry are critical to success.
We run a two-year Graduate Programme for those interested in starting a career as a Graduate Surveyor.
Our Graduate Programme is open to both graduate and undergraduate applicants, from all backgrounds and with degrees from all disciplines.
If you haven't previously studied a property related degree, we will support you (financially and with study leave) through a part-time RICS accredited Masters (MSc) course.
You will join the GBI business at our central London office, with a competitive starting compensation package.
We support you through your professional training, which provides you with the skills and experience you need to achieve the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor's Assessment of Professional Competence (APC)
Once you have completed the Graduate Programme and achieved your APC, you will go on to gain experience working in different teams and potentially with the other regional Operating Companies within the Grosvenor Group, enabling you to take on more senior positions as your career develops.
Grosvenor is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work culture, which includes assisting employees to balance the demands of their jobs and personal lives. Our Working from Anywhere policy supports a blended, agile working approach with our employees able to work from the office or elsewhere, or a mixture of the two, depending of course on your role and the business requirements
