Your Opportunity:

As a Systems Engineering Intern, you’ll help us to deliver vital programme work on time, to budget and to plan. The team provides support across programme areas, helping other functions progress through the Project Lifecycle, from Customer needs to Validation. As a key member of the Systems Engineering team, you will learn to:

  • Perform systems engineering activities including requirements management, verification testing and design assurance.
  • Review project technical documentation to project schedule.
  • Advise on key design reviews (PDR/CDR) in line with the programme schedule.
  • Manage suppliers, ensuring requirements and design baselines are maintained.
  • Review technical documentation received from customers and suppliers.

What You Bring (essential experience and qualifications):

  • Working towards a degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or another STEM subject.
  • A gift for problem-solving and developing solutions to a variety of problems.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • PowerPoint skills (and face-to-face presentation delivery – if required).

You must be able to achieve SC level security clearance for this role.
