Type of opportunity:
The West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership works with partners and stakeholders in Bradford district and Craven; Calderdale, Harrogate, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield to meet the diverse needs of the 2.7million people living across the area. The Partnership is also known as integrated care systems (ICS).
The purpose of this role is to project manage, with support, the procurement and/or implementation of digital solutions which are fed out from the digital programme initiatives in line with the digital strategy and to capture the outcomes and benefits derived from the implementation, reporting these back into the programme and other key stakeholders. This will include the development of business cases/funding proposals. The post holder will use their skills to help promote utilisation of the products across the Partnership. The post holder will also manage any project resources that are assigned to the particular project in terms of allocating activities and monitoring progression.
The post holder will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and project support, maintaining excellent project managing processes to provide support and delivery of specific projects. The post holder will manage their own workload on a day to day basis, act independently to action and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
