NHS Graduate Information Management & Technology Fast Track Scheme

  • Organisation: Various Trusts in London and the Home Counties, Leeds, North West and surrounding areas
  • Salary: £23,000 - £27,500 to increase to £28,000 - £33,500 after 2 years
  • Location: Opportunities across London and Home Counties OR Yorkshire & Humber and the surrounding areas OR the North West
  • Contract Length: 2-year fixed term

We are proud to announce the launch of the next phase of recruitment for our cutting-edge trainee scheme, which is designed for high potential graduates interested in a fast-track career in Information Management and Technology. The purpose of the scheme is to develop the NHS IM&T leaders of the future.

We are offering various roles including some of the below:

  • Information Management (IM) - Data Analyst, Information Analyst
  • Information Technology - General - Networker, Front Line Help Desk, Software Developer/Tester, Change Project Manager, IT Project Manager
  • Information Technology - Cyber Security - Incident Coordinator, Technical Architect Support Officer, Cyber Intrusion Analyst

The scheme at a glance:

  • Intake to start March/April 2020
  • Two-year development scheme
  • Two placement rotations
  • NHS Band 5 role to progress to Band 6/7, on successful completion
  • A highly focused development scheme to include an apprenticeship, full continuous professional development and mentoring support.

We’re looking for ambitious graduates with:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Mobility within London and the home counties, Yorkshire and Humber and the North West

We are particularly interested in candidates that have studied the following disciplines at undergraduate level or above: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Psychology or have equivalent work experience in Information Management or Technology or the NHS

Assessment Centre date:

Yorkshire & Humber: Thursday 6th and Thursday 13th February 2020
London: Monday 24th and Thursday 27th February 2020

Closing date: Sunday 26th January 2020. Final stage assessment centre will be held in February 2020
