Campaign Co-ordinator

Purpose of the job

  • Managing advertising content for print and online bookings – contacting, chasing and uploading
  • Maintaining regular communication with assigned account managers on progress as requested throughout the product title
  • To acquire, post and manage client campaigns on,, and other GTI Media websites when required
  • Assist in setting up job alert/response boosters email templates when requested.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Using copy chasing deadlines sheet, maintain contact with clients, Design and Editorial teams to meet company deadlines for print by:
    • Initial email
    • Phone / email contact as required throughout process
    • Use of folder system for internal progress / transportation
    • Regular updates with CM Team Leader on progress.
  • Ensure at all stages, MSG and folder fronts reflect current progress with client – comments and material status updates
  • Ensure all completed entries are read and signed off by the account manager before publication is sent to print
  • / assisting customers and Account Managers with adding / updating entries on the website using the drupal system
  • Uploading creative content using the Revive ad server
  • Chasing client targeted emails to ensure they go out on time and are booked in ahead of send dates
  • To ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns by GTI web customers
  • To ensure all inventory (including tagging and tracking requirements) prepared and uploaded is correct and in place
  • Monitor and generate live leads from a range of competitor graduate job sites, including links to jobs and contact details and send to UK Sales Director on a weekly basis
  • To work with the CM team and the Sales Team to monitor performance and act on decisions made
  • Monitor on a regular basis relevant job aggregator sites and upload jobs where necessary
  • Quality check inventory on GTI Media websites and raise any queries with CM Manager
  • Provide response statistics for clients working with the TARGETjobs
  • Escalation of any campaign performance issues to Head of Campaign Management and Account Manager
  • To raise any technical faults/queries with Head of Campaign Management
  • To produce a final detailed report at the end of key campaigns for the sales team and the client
  • Communicate regularly (weekly, where necessary) campaign analytics where required, involving the relevant GTI sales people.
  • Using analytics to monitor response of campaigns and help boost roles where needed
  • Maintaining flat plans and email calendar to keep a record of availability


  • Covering other Campaign Management roles in periods of absence.
  • Answering phone / signing in visitors / parcels for incoming customers, distributing company post to individuals (shared across the team)
  • Maintaining stock for franking machine, and topping up when needed
  • Ordering the stationary for the Wallingford office
  • Running reports for weekly Monday meetings (during peak print time)
  • Taking orders for copies of titles
  • Archiving and filing past folders

Person Specification

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills

  • Computer literate – experience of using email and MS Office packages (must have knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel skills) - essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - essential
  • Excellent organisational skills - essential
  • Customer Service experience - desirable

Salary and Benefits:

  • Permanent role with a 3 month probationary period
  • Full time – 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
  • Salary – Circa £17k per annum 
  • 25 days holiday per calendar year, rising by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28 days, plus bank holidays
  • Benefits: Automatically enrolled onto Company pension scheme after full 3 calendar month qualifying period, with employee contributing 5% of monthly salary and GTI will match employee contributions up to a maximum of 5% of monthly salary, enhanced paternity and maternity policies and life assurance cover
