We are currently looking for a talented Data Administrator with an interest in Marketing to support a busy marketing function in a world leading Healthcare provider based in Gillingham. As the World’s largest provider of medical supplies and clinical equipment, along with technology and service solutions we form one of Fortune500’s most admired companies to work for. The role will require an administrator with intermediate Excel skills to produce analysis of all campaigns, ROI reports and mailing data using advanced Excel techniques and Qlik data.

To support the Henry Schein Dental, Kent, and Budget marketing teams by coordinating and uploading all product details, prices and national promotions to the relevant systems. Working closely with members of the team as directed to ensure all information is up to date and accurate. You will also be producing analysis of all of our campaigns, ROI reports and mailing data using advanced Excel techniques and Qlik data. And you will be managing our advertising programme.

Attention to detail and deadlines is vital, as is a keen mind for data and the ability to handle a variety of tasks to support the team.
This post is based at our Gillingham office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the marketing teams to establish which promotions are current and upload on a daily basis to the sales system.
  • Keep the marketing database up to date, ensuring all records are complete and accurate.
  • Handle the internal processes and systems including uploading data and promotions to the sales system.
  • Manipulate sales data to analyse marketing activity and highlight the findings.
  • Maintain our rewards promotions information.
  • Run the advertising programme for the team, ensuring no deadlines are missed, keeping our schedule up to date and negotiating with suppliers to secure best pricing.
  • Opportunity to progress and work with creative to produce marketing flyers and collateral for the sales team and various invitations etc.
  • New item and vendor setups.
  • Raising purchase orders for the team.
  • Prepare invoicing to be sent to suppliers.
  • Provide assistance to the Events team to keep the marketing area tidy and pack materials for events.
  • Prepare marketing reports as required.
  • Perform maintenance of various websites to ensure information is always up to date.
  • Undertake day-to-day administration in support of the marketing team (e.g. filing, photocopying, mailing etc.)
  • Involvement and assistance with any other marketing activities as and when required.
  • Attend external events and exhibitions as directed (infrequent).

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience of data interpretation, manipulation and interrogation and Microsoft Excel to intermediate/advanced level is essential.
  • Marketing or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Good analytical and commercial skills
  • Good organisational and prioritising ability

  • Meeting Company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an on-going basis
  • Performing all work-related tasks in a manner that follows all Company policies and procedures
  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behaviour in completing job duties and assignments
  • This position will be working in an office environment, utilising typical office equipment

Qualifications

  • Qlik and SalesForce experience would be helpful.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Examples will be expected at first/second interview.

Education

  • Preferably educated to degree level but CIM or other marketing or business qualifications would be acceptable.
  • Would be required to study and pass BDIA Introduction to Dentistry course.
