High Force Research is an established research and development company based in Durham, UK.
Due to an increase in demand for several products manufactured by HFR your primary responsibility in the short term will be to assist experienced chemists in the synthesis and purification of complex organic molecules. You will learn advanced techniques used in the synthesis and manufacture of novel organic materials, gain practical knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC and NMR and be introduced to quality assurance principles and procedures. As training progresses you will become a skilled member of one of HFR’s manufacturing teams.
Place of work: Bowburn, Durham DH6 5PF.
Typical hours of work: 8.00am to 4.30pm but this can change due to the demands of each project.
