Develop an understanding of the important role of supply chain management in today’s business environment.

Become familiar with current supply chain management trends, understand and apply current supply chain theories, practices and concepts utilising case problems and problem-based learning situations.
Learn to use and apply supply chain software suites currently used in business. OPEL will have recently implemented a new Demand and Replenishment planning tool resulting in significant changes to planning processes. This role will support Supply Chain in fully utilising the tools capabilities.
Develop and utilise critical management skills such as negotiating, working effectively within a diverse business environment, ethical decision making and use of information technology.
Demonstrate the use of effective written and oral communications, critical thinking, team building and presentation skills as applied to business problems.
Minimum of 4 GCSE’s
Currently in 2nd or final year of degree (Ideally studying towards a degree related to Supply Chain)
