Your ambition: To become a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
This scheme is available to property and non-property applicants and are approximately 24-30 months, subject to previous experience.
You will undertake the Project Management Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). During your APC training you will undertake all your experience with the Project Management team in our Buildings & Construction Group to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment.

To be accepted onto one of our graduate schemes, we are looking for people with a grade C or above in all A-levels and GCSEs (or the international equivalent). Plus, you should either have obtained at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree (in any subject), or an undergraduate degree at 2:1 level accompanied by a postgraduate degree with merit or above (in any subject).
