We offer two Spring Week opportunities which cover the following Programs: Asset Management Program, Corporate Analyst Development Program, Global Finance & Business Management Program, Human Resources Program, Investment Banking Program, Markets Program, Risk Program, Software Engineer Program, Wealth Management and Wholesale Payments & Corporate Banking Program
Spring into J.P. Morgan: This is designed specifically for students who are interested in learning about our business, with a focus on front office divisions such as Banking and Markets.
Spring into Finance for Non-Finance: This program is designed specifically for students from a non-finance background who are interested in learning about our Front Office divisions, specifically Investment Banking and Markets.
Spring into Technology: This program is designed specifically for students who are interested in learning about our Software Engineer Program, giving you real insight into the Technology business.
There’s only so much you can learn from books, brochures, websites or career events. If you really want to find out what it’s like to work at J.P. Morgan, work at J.P. Morgan. You don’t need to study business or economics, but you will need to bring excellent analytical, collaborative, communication and leadership skills.

Who Should Apply
- We recruit from all academic degree disciplines - you do not need a finance degree.
- We are looking for team-players and future leaders with drive, creativity and interpersonal skills. Strong academic credentials are important, but so are your achievements outside the classroom.
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite. As we are a truly global organisation, a second European language is essential for some roles and advantageous for others.
