Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) Empowered Graduate Programme

On our 3-year GRCS Graduate Programme you’ll build your commercial and financial awareness by working shoulder to shoulder with the companies across a variety of sectors, supported by a structured internal training program and study towards the ACA or CA (in Scotland) qualification.

If you are interested in understanding how businesses operate, what risks they face and how decisions are made, then the GRCS Graduate Programme is for you. You’ll develop and refine your specialist business and accounting skills, working with our clients to improve their governance, risk management and control environment. Our services incorporate: Internal Audit and Risk Assurance, Governance, Risk and Compliance.

You’ll have access to funded, relevant professional qualifications; an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development; and the chance to use your skills to make a difference through a range of community volunteering initiatives. On this programme, you’ll study for the the ACA or CA depending on office location. Your qualifications
