Black Heritage Talent Insight Programme – what you’ll gain

Are you ambitious and looking to discover more about life at KPMG? Our Black Heritage Talent Insight Programme could be the perfect opportunity.

Aimed primarily at students of Black Heritage seeking an insight into a career in Audit, Consulting, Deal Advisory, Tax & Law or Technology & Engineering; on this paid, 3-day Insight programme you’ll develop your network, learn about what we do, and see the difference you could make to the companies we work with and the communities we work in.

Join us, and you’ll also have the chance to fast-track through our recruitment process. Whilst on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our 2021 graduate programmes.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll need to have, on be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline. See specific for further detail. We will however look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. To help you prepare for each stage of the application process, you can find lots of hints and tips on our ‘How to Apply’ section.
