Our Client Relationship Management teams work at the heart of our goal to help our clients to prosper and grow. They provide tailored support and a wide range of innovative financial solutions, helping businesses of all shapes and sizes – from privately held companies to global corporations – to invest in Britain or trade internationally. You could join them over the summer; explore your interests, discover new ones and make an impact for some of our 26 million customers and 1 million businesses. Your career journey starts here

Throughout this 10-week paid Internship, you’ll work on a variety of projects with knowledgeable and supportive teams, develop skills that will establish the foundations of your career and take part in volunteering initiatives that give back to communities. If you want to help make a difference to UK business, enjoy working in teams and are analytically minded, then you can make a big impact with us.

Day to day you could be:

  • Learning to build strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development projects
  • Identifying business solutions for our clients’ needs
  • Forming collaborative working partnerships with colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group
  • Supporting the financial, marketing and sector research to help us deliver creative solutions for our clients
  • Actively playing a part in our journey to become the bank of the future.

Your development

We’ll support your development and help you prepare for the future world of work from day one. You’ll learn how to network across a national organisation, use next-generation technology and join volunteering initiatives, as well as receive training from experienced business leaders who’ll inspire you to develop as a person and a professional.
