12 month programme, with two six-month rotations

As a STEM graduate, you will join one of our five business areas and undertake two six-month rotations; one in your designated business and the second in another area of the Group. You’ll have the opportunity to work on critical projects with leading individuals from the world of finance and technology. All of this will give you broad exposure to LSEG as an organisation, and allow you to widen your commercial awareness and skillset.

On our technology programme your rotations will give you exposure to varied technical career paths. You could be helping to enhance our existing IT infrastructure, for example, or developing the next generation of software and applications to drive our business forward. Equally, you may have an important role in harnessing new, disruptive technologies and working on projects aimed at integrating these into our frontline operations.

To prepare you for the exciting challenges ahead, you will start with an intensive induction programme which will provide you with the key skills for your relevant area. Your development will then be ongoing throughout your rotations, and you will have the opportunity to complete a funded industry certification. For Technology graduates, this is the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC), which provides an overview of financial services and regulation, whilst covering technical units relevant to your area of work.

Apply before 6 December 2020 to take your first steps towards a varied and impactful career in financial markets. We recruit on a rolling basis and encourage early application.
