This is an exciting opportunity to train to become a qualified Civil Engineer by joining the Management Trainee programme. It’s perfect for someone either leaving school or college with A levels or a Construction related qualification or someone who has already gained their degree in an Architecture focused discipline and wants to develop their experience.
To be a successful Civil Engineer your strengths should be problem solving and the ability to build relationships with others as you will need to work effectively across teams.
