What you’ll be doing
Over the course of your two-year scheme, you’ll work with a variety of teams at several of our manufacturing sites – motivating colleagues, developing leadership skills, working on live projects and helping to simplify and improve our processes.
You’ll also go on a placement in store to learn more about our retail operations and how the role you play in manufacturing impacts on the customer experience. Before you know it, you’ll find yourself leading a team of up to 50 people as a frontline team or shift manager.

What you’ll need to join us
Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. You’ll be no exception. So you’ll need to be a great communicator and listener who can build strong working relationships with people across our business. It’s crucial that you have a passion for food and food quality and safety, and that you’re always looking to do things better. And, given the pace of change here, you must be able to think on your feet and solve problems fast. You must have a minimum 2:2 degree and a full driving licence. You also need to be happy relocating to different sites to progress your career.
