Type of opportunity:
Our customers love the way our feel for design creates special moments. From stylish skirts to innovative bras and knickers, our Designers keep their fingers on the pulse of what’s hot and deliver it to our millions of customers.
If you’ve a passion for design, this is where your ideas could be turned into reality. Drawing on your imagination and feel for fabrics, you’ll work alongside our Design teams, be involved with in-depth research, as well as creative thinking, you’ll investigate new trends and materials, and contribute towards design that could arrive in our stores.
We offer two Design Graduate Schemes: Womenswear Design and Lingerie Design. Working as a Graduate Assistant Designer in either Womenswear or Lingerie, you’ll be given plenty of responsibilities early on. Before you know it, you’ll be confidently producing technical specifications and making your own mark on our creative ranges. Although based at our Head Office in London, you’ll have the chance to visit our supply base in the UK to see exactly how our products are made – something that will help you make lots of great contacts with suppliers. You’ll also have a chance to meet with global suppliers working digitally alongside the buying and technical teams, working collaboratively to get the best product.
Naturally, you'll need a strong sense of style. But you’ll also need a design-related degree (ideally in Contour for the Lingerie Programme) along with CAD skills and some experience of using Photoshop and Illustrator.
