Our Graduate Programme is unique. Following a 4-week induction period with your fellow graduates where you will be introduced to all areas of our business, you will start your first of three 6-month placements – gaining experience in a real role from your first day. We offer exciting and challenging placements across our organisation, from Finance to Dealer Relations, Customer Services to Marketing, so you have the opportunity to fully explore your skillset. Beyond the day-to-day role, our graduates have also had the chance to be involved in projects that impact our entire business, so there will be many opportunities to stretch your potential.
As we only take on a small number of graduates each year, we will focus on your development individually and you will be well-versed in what makes our organisation special.
Who we look for
We are looking for commercially minded, innovative and enthusiastic graduates to join our Graduate Programme in 2020 and, in return, we offer a highly engaging workplace with friendly and welcoming colleagues, competitive salary at £29,250 per annum and package of additional benefits including private medical insurance and a welcome payment. Our minimum requirements to be considered are:
- 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline (either on-track to achieve in 2019 or recently obtained)

The application process
Our application process is simple and we are interested in what you can offer us as a person, so we won’t make you sit through any psychometric tests. Just complete your CV, answer a few supporting statements and submit your application to us. We want you to demonstrate clearly how you will fit into the Motability Operations team, so take a look at our website for some tips on making your application stand out.
We will then consider your application and, if we like what you have to offer, we will learn a bit more about your experience through a telephone interview. If successful here, we will invite you in for a half-day assessment centre before asking you to attend a final interview.
