Type of opportunity:
We are looking for future leaders and managers to join our fast growing, dynamic and innovative company. Graduates on this scheme have been, and will continue to be, a central part of our continuous expansion and success; driving change, inspiring others, leading teams and generating new ideas. We require graduates bursting with energy, drive and initiative who are striving to make a difference.
This two year programme will involve four rotations across three categories: our Business Central functions, Operation and in Projects. These could include helping to design and implement our new CFCs (Customer Fulfilment Centres - our automated warehouses), working in our warehouse operation as a team manager or taking on a project within our technology team - the options are truly endless.
Our programme provides a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your own development based on your interests and passion. You will work on many business specific projects and spend time learning about the intricacies of our unique business model.
You will be supported throughout your placements by fantastic teams and with personal targets and development plans set by your managers. In addition to all of this, there is also an array of learning & development opportunities available to all graduates here at Ocado, for example a negotiation training course and a presentation skills workshop. You will also be given the opportunity to enrol on a Level 5 Apprenticeship programme in either Project Management or Leadership and Management.
Applications to our schemes open on Monday 23rd September and should be made through the Ocado.jobs website, due to high volumes of applications our vacancy close dates are subject to change and our suggestion would be to apply as soon as possible. Following online applications, candidates may be invited to complete a series of online tests and a video assessment. Applicants who successfully complete these will be invited to attend an assessment centre at our Ocado central office in Hatfield. Assessment centres will be held in November and February and successful candidates will be invited to begin their roles from 7th September 2020.
Applicants must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom for the duration of the programme. We are unable to sponsor visas for overseas applicants for this programme.
