We are looking for graduates with a keen interest in operational management to join our fast growing, dynamic and innovative company. Ocado Group has designed and built the world's most advanced end-to-end online shopping and delivery solution and as a result, working as an Ocado Logistics Operations Management Graduate within our highly automated, fast paced fulfilment centres is unlike anything you will have ever seen before.  We will empower you from day one, and give you the autonomy and responsibility you need to solve problems for yourself. We are looking for graduates that can keep up with us and are ready to help shape the future of Ocado Logistics and the wider Group. You will be given genuine development opportunities and continued support, giving you the building blocks for a successful career here at Ocado. As a result, our graduates feel empowered, along with the other 15,000 employees in our bold and brilliant business. We require graduates bursting with energy, drive and initiative who are striving to make a difference.

Ocado Logistics are responsible for storing, picking, dispatching and delivering over a million products a day to customers. To ensure that you are successful in your future role with us, you will be exposed to four different rotations as part of your scheme. These placements will include time managing teams at our operational sites across the UK. You will also undertake a placement in one of our central divisions, such as Excellence, Planning or People. This well rounded experience will develop your skills and will give you the tools to become a future leader in the Ocado Group.

This graduate programme is like no other. From the start you will take accountability for large teams of people and the challenges that our pioneering and highly automated sites throw at you. Towards the end of the two year development programme you will reach the level of skill where you will be taking on more and more responsibility within a site. It will challenge you! It is a tough environment, our operation is live 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you will need to be flexible to work shift patterns that would include both day and night shifts and weekends. However, the opportunity to be part of the challenge of meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations in our very unique operating model is guaranteed to be an exciting one! You will develop skills which will propel you into a multitude of different career opportunities following your programme.

To help you adapt to our graduate programme and business, this structured development programme combines practical and theoretical management skills. You will be given the opportunity to enrol on an apprenticeship in leadership or project management as part of your scheme, and you will be supported throughout your placements with personal targets and development plans. In addition to this you will benefit from excellent Ocado Graduate training, complemented by highly specialist operational training. We will support you through the programme towards a full management position with the expectation that you will progress through the organisation to more senior management or more specialised roles in double quick time.

We are innovators, we are creators and we are problem solvers. We are Ocado Group Grads, are you?

We’re an established business with a startup mentality. We pride ourselves on our ability to implement solutions faster than our competitors can create them themselves, and to continue operating our world-class platform at the cutting edge, we need colleagues who are as driven as we are. Our hard work and our values make us who we are: we’re in it together, we are proud of what we do and we know we can be even better.  We need bright, analytical, tenacious, inquisitive, communicative people who can create positive outcomes in a challenging, fast-paced environment and who are looking to join a truly innovative, fast-growing, FTSE 100 business.
