Because of the financial investment made in you, a period of 5 years will apply. If you leave before this re payment of the qualification fees would be required
If you leave Finance for another role within Openreach, the learning contract is terminated, and no further action is taken. If you leave the company, Openreach is entitled to reclaim some of its investment made in you. The amount that we can reclaim is dependent on how long it’s been since the investment was made; this is the period lapsed between the date of the last exam to the actual date of leaving. The percentage of investment repayable is based on the course and exam fees incurred in the 24-month period prior to the leave date. If you leave Openreach within 24 months of completing your final exam, you’ll be expected to pay back a portion of your course and exam fees. If you’re made redundant, you won’t be expected to pay anything back.
Openreach will not claim anything back two years after the last exam.
We value different perspectives, skills and experiences. Diversity makes sense for us, our customers and our ambitions. We’re creating an inclusive working culture where people from all backgrounds can succeed. That’s why we welcome applications from all parts of the community.
